This role is not just about managing operations—it’s about leading a branch, driving business growth, and building a strong team.
What you’ll be responsible for
✅ Leading overall branch operations and service deliver
✅ Driving sales performance and achieving business target
✅ Building and maintaining client relationship
✅ Ensuring compliance with banking policies and BSP regulation
✅ Managing and developing a high-performing tea
We are looking for someone who:
– Has 3–5 years of experience in branch operations, sales, or banking
– Has strong leadership and people management skills
– Understands banking policies, audit, and regulatory requirements
– Is proactive, analytical, and results-driven
