Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- At least 2–3 years of managerial experience, preferably in motorcycle or retail sales
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge in sales operations, inventory, and financial reporting
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily branch operations and ensure sales targets are met
- Manage and supervise branch staff
- Ensure excellent customer service and branch performance
- Prepare reports and coordinate with head office
