Job Description
Responsible in overall marketing and administration of the branch to ensure consistent growth and profitable performance. Facilitates continuous training of branch staff to equip them with the Knowledge and values necessary for the effective discharge of their respective duties and responsibilities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES MARKETING
- Discuss with management targets set of the year.
- Formulates strategies consistent with management's vision of excellent staff in meeting thru sales and service quality and leads the branch staff in meeting deposit and loan targets and profit objectives.
- Discuss and explain the pros and cons of bank products to the staff and clients.
- Evaluates credit proposals and services to appropriate authority for approval.
- Solicits new business for the branch
- Makes marketing calls on existing clients and prospects.
