Job Description
We are seeking a qualified and driven individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking or financial services and the ability to lead and support branch operations effectively.
- Develop and implement effective and efficient operational routines in accordance with approved business plans
- Conduct credit investigations and appraisals of both chattel and real estate properties
- Monitor and oversee the activities and performance of branch personnel
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and performance standards
- Provide analytical insight to support branch decision-making and performance improvement
- Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in the banking or financial services industry
