Reporting to the NSW Operations Manager, the Branch Manager plays a key role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of InfraBuild Recycling’s major non-ferrous export hub in NSW. This is a varied, hands-on role where you will be managing both ferrous and non-ferrous operations.

What you will be doing:

  • Managing and coordinating the logistics, administration and customer service of the branch

  • Managing daily operations including people leadership

  • Employee management and leading performance reviews

  • Contributing to ongoing process improvements

  • Communicating regularly with state trading team on sales management and planning

  • Managing KPI’s of the branch
