JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for marketing operations at the branch office. Oversees business development, profitability, and productivity of the branch
- Responsible for attaining the branch monthly target set by the Management
-Monitors daily production and loan releases to ensure the growth of the branch
- Plans, creates, and implements programs/processes for branch employees' clients
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any four-year business-related course
- With work-related experience in sales, marketing, or branch operations
- Required skills: leadership, problem-solving, critical thinking, negotiating, presentation, communication, networking, and interpersonal
- A strategist, goal-oriented, assertive, creative, innovative, and analytical
- Customer-service oriented
- Has the ability to handle challenging situations
