- Monitors daily production and loan releases to ensure the growth of the branch
- Plans, creates, and implements programs/processes for branch employees' clients
Qualifications
- Graduate of any four‑year business‑related course
- With work‑related experience in sales, marketing, or branch operations
- Required skills: leadership, problem‑solving, critical thinking, negotiating, presentation, communication, networking, and interpersonal
- A strategist, goal‑oriented, assertive, creative, innovative, and analytical
- Customer‑service oriented
- Has the ability to handle challenging situations
