Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day branch operations including Forex transactions, remittance, and cash handling
Drive branch sales targets for Forex products and services
Develop local business opportunities and build strong customer relationships
Lead, motivate, and manage branch staff to achieve business and service goals
Ensure adherence to RBI, AML, and KYC compliance norms
Monitor branch performance, profitability, and operational efficiency
Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations effectively
Prepare MIS reports, audits, and compliance documentation
