Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the branch operations and a team of sales associates to ensure the effective completion of their duties and responsibilities.
Conduct daily operational assessments to ensure branch growth and efficiency.
Monitor daily production and releases, providing regular updates on the branch’s operational status.
Maintain strong client and employee engagement to ensure delivery of quality service.
Implement sales strategies and action plans aligned with company objectives.
Prepare and submit regular reports on branch performance to the Immediate Superior.
Handle client complaints or concerns escalated by staff, ensuring timely and appropriate resolution.
