Qualifications and Standards
- College degree preferred in business, finance, accounting or a related field
- With basic accounting knowledge
- With 2 years experience in Restaurant management
- Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
- Strong communication, problem solving and decision making skills to effectively resolve customer and employee issues
- Results driven and customer focused
- Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations
- Ability to use the Internet, Outlook, word processing and spreadsheet software and position specific software required
