Overview
Manage the branch operations ensuring the store and restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently. Oversee cash transactions, cash reconciliations, account payments, account receivables, and other accounting duties according to company policies. Welcome customers, provide assistance, and respond to their concerns. Socialize with customers to develop and keep a cordial relationship that insures long term loyalty. Answer guests’ phone and online inquiries. Ensure customer transactions are processed promptly and accurately. Address employee and customer complaints or requests, ensuring all registers always have the correct amount of cash and resolving price checks for customers. Ensure daily collection deposits are done on time. Identify and communicate any accounting related issues to management promptly. Ensure that products are properly displayed, stocked, and labeled.
