Branch manager of the witbank branch office
• You will be responsible and accountable for: - Manage the overall operation of the Witbank branch and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Set and achieve a weekly and monthly client reach quota and retention.
- Recover overdue payments and past due accounts by tracking debtors down using the phone, face-to-face and or email.
- Keeping records of payments, preparing routine letters requesting payment for overdue accounts and forwarding these for legal action.
- Reach the set target each month for unpaid loan recovery.
- Proactively identify potential risks and recommend enhancements to existing processes
- Provide detailed information on any file where there appears to be suspicious activity.
- Work as a team and report to the General Manager and management.
