JOB DESCRIPTION: BRANCH MANAGER
This position manages both stores in Oudtshoorn: Klein Karoo Mall & Oliver Street
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
- Sell and oversee the sales of a diverse range of clothing
- Effectively plan and control the operational requirements within a retail environment
- Manage, train and develop a team of sales assistants.
- Be the liaison person between your shop and colleagues within other departments (such as the distribution centre, head office, buyer etc),
- Ensure exceptional customer experience
- Be accountable for the replenishment of stock, stock control and merchandising standards within your shop.
- Ensure the upkeep of housekeeping within your shop
- Ensure a friendly and welcoming environment, for clients and co‑workers.
