The Role
Are you a switched-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for an all-rounder Branch Manager to take the reins of our Padstow or Cranebrook operations. This isn't a sit-behind-a-desk role—you’ll be the engine room of the branch, managing everything from counter sales and stock-takes to delivery logistics and high-volume problem-solving.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leadership: Manage a diverse team across the site (Counter Sales, Warehouse, and Drivers).
- Operations: Oversee the daily opening/closing, cash reconciliation, and banking.
