Job Description
Responsible for marketing operations at the branch office. Oversees business development, profitability, and productivity of the branch
Responsible for attaining the branch monthly target set by the Management
Monitors daily production and loan releases to ensure the growth of the branch
Plans, creates, and implements programs/processes for branch employees' clients
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any four-year business-related course
- With work-related experience in sales, marketing, or branch operations
- Required skills: leadership, problem-solving, critical thinking, negotiating, presentation, communication, networking, and interpersonal
- A strategist, goal-oriented, assertive, creative, innovative, and analytical
- Customer-service oriented
- Has the ability to handle challenging situations
