Our client is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead the Mechanical Projects Department in Richard’s Bay. This pivotal role will suit an accomplished leader with a track record of driving commercial, operational, and team success in the contracting or mechanical installation sector.
Minimum Qualifications
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Tertiary qualification required (preferably technical or engineering-related)
- Previous management of teams of 20 or more
- Strong background in contracting and mechanical projects
- Advanced Excel
- Proven ability to meet income targets and manage department expenses
- Extensive people management expertise, including recruitment and team development
- Must be from Richard's Bay
- Only South African citizens to apply
- Clear Criminal and credit records
