Our client HR Business Solutions is hiring a Branch Manager Showroom in Lahore. Department: Sales & Operations. Location: Lahore – Ferozpur Road Showroom. Reporting To: Head Office / Directors. Team Size: 11–20 Staff. Experience Required: 8–10 Years (minimum). Employment Type: Full-Time. Languages: Urdu & English.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver monthly revenue and gross margin targets for the branch.
- Develop and execute a structured sales plan covering retail, contractor, B2B (builders, architects, interior designers), and project channels.
- Personally drive high-value accounts and project pipeline; close large-ticket deals.
- Monitor daily sales activity, footfall conversion rates, and average transaction value.
- Step in personally to close high-value or complex deals that the sales team is unable to handle independently.
