Job Responsibilities:
- To oversee daily branch operations, supervise and coach branch staff
- To actively organize and involve in agency development activities – sales, recruitment and business development
- To conduct training courses/presentations/talks
- To achieve goals set for branch and deliver positive customer relationship
Job Requirements:
- Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 6 years working experience in banking/insurance/unit trust industry
- Service oriented, pleasant disposition with good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Able to plan, organize and execute branch activities
- Good supervisory and leadership skills
