Job Description
- Oversee overall branch operations, sales, and customer service performance
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
- Manage and motivate branch staff to deliver excellent results
- Ensure proper inventory management and showroom display standards
- Monitor financial performance and prepare reports for management
- Build strong relationships with customers and local stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- At least 3–5 years of experience in branch management, sales, or dealership operations (automotive/motorcycle industry preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales and operational targets
- Customer-focused, results-driven, and highly organized
