The Branch Manager will be responsible for driving gold & Silver business, branch profitability, customer acquisition, marketing activities, operational excellence, team management, and ensuring superior customer service. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, local market knowledge, and the ability to achieve business growth targets.

- Achieve monthly and annual gold procurement targets assigned to the branch.
