Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead the team to achieve the target (Official shop onboarding target)
- Monitor and find issues during operations and explore solutions while the team faces challenges
- Meet with stakeholders via online and offline channels
- Support and incubate sellers for basic operation to onboard official shop
- Coordinate with cross‑department teams to solve daily operations issues (Legal, ICC, operations)
- Initiate projects across the team or internally
- Coordinate with closely related teams such as category team, business partnership team, marketing team, and others to obtain the best proposals for seller acquisition
