Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide a friendly, professional showroom experience.
- Engage customers, understand their needs, and capture customer enquiries in the CRM system.
- Support daily showroom operations, including customer service, basic administrative duties, and cashiering when required.
- Maintain showroom presentation and assist with promotional activities, events, and social media content.
- Collect customer feedback and support other operational duties as assigned.
- Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or retail experience.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with social media and content creation is an advantage.
- Able to work according to mall operating hours.
