Responsibilities
- Drive daily, weekly and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement
- Support company initiatives and execute store vision to deliver consistent brand experience
- Participate in team training and use new technology to support business results
- Engage in networking to develop and maintain a clientele
- Support alternative purchasing processes including ship to home and virtual options
- Provide feedback to management on successes, opportunities and category needs
