About the company
Our client is a fast-growing consumer fintech brand (confidential search) bringing all of its marketing in-house. They're building a small, hands-on growth content team and this designer is the creative engine of it.
The role
You'll sit within a tight four-person pod covering organic social, paid media and partnerships. There are no layers and no brief-takers' queue — your work goes straight to market.
What you'll do
- Design ad creatives for paid campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok and other channels
- Create content for organic social — visuals, short-form video and daily posts
- Produce brand and partnership assets for collaborations and campaigns
- Develop your own concepts and ideas, not just execute briefs
- Shoot, light and edit content yourself where needed
- Work hand-in-hand with the social and paid media leads as one team
