Job Description
1. POSITION SUMMARY
- Drives sales growth by overseeing the product lifecycle and has a primary duty of management, actively directing and managing direct reports
- Responsible for the overall floorset process to ensure product is available and merchandised on the sales floor in a visually compelling way
2. KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists the Store Manager in overall management of the store
- Assumes total store leadership in the absence of the Store Manager and is a partner in the strategic planning of short and long-term goals
- Responsible for the overall appearance and presentation of seasonal merchandising strategies through brand guide planning, mapping, and execution
- Leverages visual merchandising filters to create sell down strategies and impact decision making
- Maintains and updates floor plan and fixture block by leveraging the Digital Brand Guide and fixture database
