RESPONSIBILITIES
- End-to-end demand generation responsibilities, reporting directly to a brand manager.
- Lead market development plans.
- Drive brand penetration, market share, and business growth by owning and influencing the 6Ps of marketing.
- Lead the cross‑functional project team and successfully launch innovations in the market.
- Deploy a digital‑first media strategy to drive business growth on the super‑premium toddler nutrition portfolio.
- Develop an in‑depth understanding of consumers and the market.
- Stakeholder management with CSP, BD, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D, Media Agency, and Medical Marketing.
- Campaign management and communications.
