Brand & Growth Manager

As the business enters its next phase of expansion, we are looking for a next-generation Brand & Growth Manager to help evolve the brand, customer experience, and growth strategy across the business.

This is not a traditional corporate marketing role. We are looking for someone commercially minded, aesthetically strong, highly adaptable, and genuinely excited about modern marketing, AI, digital culture, and premium consumer brands.

The Brand & Growth Manager will be responsible for driving brand positioning, customer growth, campaign performance, and overall marketing direction across the business.

The role combines brand, social, growth, paid ads, creative direction, and modern AI‑supported marketing workflows in a fast‑moving environment.
