Job Description
The Brand Innovation Executive (Incontinence Care) is responsible for identifying consumer insights and growth opportunities, driving innovation projects across Southeast Asia, and supporting the development and execution of brand strategies. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, this role helps deliver impactful initiatives that strengthen brand equity, enhance customer experience, increase market share, and support sustainable business growth.
Working Locatio n: Vinda SEA HQ (Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang, next to Setia Alam)
1) Consumer Analysis
- Ensure relevance of executions on brand platform and brand equity development.
- Assist in developing and defining research plans to build consumer understanding, seek clarity on current challenges, identify future innovation directions, etc.
