Job Description
I&R and Demand Creation Lead is responsible for driving brand growth and market penetration within IFS channels (as per defined priorities), by creating demand-generation strategies and leading innovation initiatives. This role ensures that demand creation programs, product innovations, and promotional activities are tailored to meet the unique needs of F&B operators and deliver sustainable business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 6+ years of experience in FMCG marketing, with at least 3 years in B2B or Food Service focused roles.
- Strong understanding of Food Service dynamics, customer behavior, and channel marketing.
- Proven track record in demand generation and product innovation.
