Job Title: Brand Manager
Location: Neptune, New Jersey (Onsite)
Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $75,000-$90,000
Responsibilities:
+ Lead the development and commercialization of new products and line extensions for the Dog & Cat BU portfolio, driving incremental growth.
+ Partner cross-functionally to translate consumer insights into compelling propositions and support successful go-to-market execution.
+ Support the execution of the innovation roadmap aligned with brand and portfolio growth strategies, identifying whitespace opportunities through trend analysis and consumer insights.
+ Manage innovation projects from concept through launch, collaborating with R&D, Creative, Packaging, Supply Chain, Quality, Legal, and Finance to deliver on time and within scope.
