Experience: 2-4 years preferably in FMCG company (Foods).
Educational Qualification: MBA - Marketing
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assumes responsibility for all marketing and branding activities for the Brand
- Develops the Marketing & Brand management strategy to support top line & bottom line growth
- Conducting market research to understand consumer behaviour, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform brand strategy.
- Foray into new segments and innovative products for the Organization
- Ensures coordination with sales to implement & monitor all marketing initiatives for the Brand
- Ensures effective media evaluation & planning
Strategic:
- Scans the business environment to explore options for revenue generation from new and existing consumers.
- Drives the formulation of marketing strategy
- Understands strategic business requirement of the organization
