Position Summary
The Brand Marketing Manager owns the strategic direction of Duma's marketing efforts
From brand positioning to campaign planning to performance oversight. This role works closely with the Founder, Content Producer, and Creative Team to transform collection launches into successful marketing campaigns, while overseeing community and KOL strategy to ensure consistent brand voice across all touch points.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy
- Define and maintain Duma's brand positioning across all marketing touchpoints
- Ensure every campaign and initiative reflects the Simple but Significant philosophy
- Act as the brand guardian — reviewing outputs from the team to ensure alignment before they go live
