Job Description
Responsibilities
- Plan and run influencer campaigns from start to finish
- Recruit, manage, and maintain relationships with influencers (micro to celebrity)
- Oversee content collaborations across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, etc.
- Track and report campaign performance (ROI, engagement, reach)
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
- Stay updated on influencer marketing and social media trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, Journalism, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience managing influencers/KOLs or celebrities
- Strong knowledge of influencer strategies and consumer/tech marketing
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Able to handle both big-picture strategy and daily tasks
- Organized, deadline-driven, and adaptable in fast-paced environments
