We're looking for a partnerships-driven professional to lead and grow Rayna's external brand ecosystem. This is a relationship and deal‑making role focused on creators, influencers, media, agencies, and strategic partners—not traditional marketing.
Key Responsibilities- Build and manage relationships with creators, talent agencies, media houses, PR partners, radio stations, and brands.
- Identify, negotiate, and execute influencer collaborations, brand partnerships, media tie‑ups, barter deals, and co‑marketing opportunities.
- Secure press and media coverage across digital, print, radio, and emerging channels.
- Manage partnership agreements, commercial negotiations, and campaign execution.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of partnership opportunities and deliver measurable business outcomes.
