Job Description
As Tom Ford's Brand Specialist you will:
Deliver exceptional service to our customers by sharing product knowledge, creating a memorable experience and effectively managing complaints when they arise
Ensure the highest level of MTM services is provided while conveying in-depth knowledge of fabric and custom suit products, including composition, style etc
Demonstrate consistent high level of sales productivity, with an entrepreneurial approach in supporting MTM events, assisting in the process with other team members and providing technical expertise to manage customer questions. Reinforce standards on MTM services to minimize rejection rates.
Develop and train other associates on new seasonal fabrics, and ensure entire team has a thorough understanding of the offering while assisting on the orders;
Build a strong relationship with the brand for updates and follow ups in managing and tracking orders from start to finish,
