Purpose of the Role
Our portfolio of brands is entering a new stage of growth that requires unified brand direction and strategic storytelling. This role exists to shape, articulate, and elevate each brand’s positioning — ensuring creative output aligns with business goals, target audiences, and long-term differentiation.
You’ll act as a strategic partner to the VP Marketing, helping translate vision into actionable frameworks that guide internal and external teams.

- Constantly conduct brand audits for all IPs and identify gaps in positioning, tone, and visual identity.
- Develop and refine brand positioning frameworks and key messaging per brand.
