This is a great opportunity for a junior-to-intermediate Braze Consultant (1–3 years of experience) with a strong background in customer engagement, lifecycle marketing, and marketing operations. The consultant will support campaign execution, audience segmentation, journey orchestration, reporting, and optimization initiatives within Braze.
Responsibilities:
Build, launch, and manage campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.Support audience segmentation, customer journeys, personalization, and campaign optimization.Perform day-to-day Braze platform administration and updates.Analyze campaign performance and provide reporting and recommendations.Collaborate with marketing and business stakeholders to execute customer engagement initiatives.Assist with testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
