Role Overview

As a Bread Baker at WINNER, you’ll help produce exceptional breads for our locations and wholesale clients. Working closely with the bakery team, you’ll prepare, bake, and maintain consistent quality across all products while supporting a clean, organized, and efficient production environment.

Compensation
$18 - $22 per hour, based on experience.  This is a tipped position, with hourly pay ranging from $23 - $27 per hour on average including tips.
