Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Bread Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in the art of bread‑making and will take charge of producing high‑quality artisan breads, rolls, and other baked goods. You will ensure that all products meet our quality standards and are prepared with precision and creativity.
Key Responsibilities
- Bread Preparation: Prepare and bake a strong variety of breads including sourdough, whole grain, baguettes, ciabatta, brioche, burger bun, potato bun, and specialty breads. Follow and develop recipes to maintain consistency and quality.
- Production Planning: Plan daily production schedules to meet customer demand. Monitor inventory levels and manage ingredients accordingly.
