- Prepare and set up breakfast items according to brand standards.
- Monitor food quality, temperature, and presentation.
- Replenish food and beverage items throughout service.
- Maintain cleanliness of breakfast area, tables, and equipment.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Properly store food items and rotate inventory (FIFO).
