Our signature restaurant, The Lex located at 81 N Quay, Brisbane City QLD 4000 is hiring a Full-Time Breakfast Commis Chef located in W Brisbane. As a Commis Chef in a luxury hotel, you will have the opportunity to uphold the exceptional culinary standards expected in a premium hospitality setting.


Responsibilities include: 

  • Prepare ingredients such as cooking, portioning, chopping and storing food
  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards and food preparation checklists
  • Support chefs by ensuring all ingredients are prepared and available
