Breast Cancer Care Pathway Coordinator

The Christie NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Breast Cancer Pathway Navigator to enhance patient care coordination. The ideal candidate will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to improve the pathway for breast cancer patients and provide administrative support in treatment scheduling.
