The role involves setting up and managing a broiler breeder research farm while ensuring strong breeder performance and high-quality hatching eggs. It also includes leading feed trials and producing reliable performance data, serving as the company’s technical expert in broiler breeder production, and supporting the commercial feed business through field advisory, customer engagement, and veterinary training.
