About the Role
The Broker Sales Manager will play a crucial role in managing relationships with accredited brokers and ensuring the successful promotion of Filinvest projects.
Responsibilities
- Source and accredit licensed brokers to promote Filinvest projects.
- Serve as a point of reference between Filinvest Land, Inc. and accredited brokers.
- Assist accredited brokers on how to best promote the company properties to attract advantageous offers.
- Mediate the dealings between brokers and buyers.
- Conceptualize and organize marketing activities/events for accredited brokers.
- Oversee accredited brokers marketing activities to ensure sales target is achieved.
Qualifications
- A graduate of BS REM or any 4-year course.
