**Description and Requirements**
The Sales Support Associate is responsible for positioning Healthfirst as a socially responsible health partner. S/he will develop and coordinate plans of action that promote company-wide enrollment through promotions, events, sponsorships and collaboration with like-minded partners. The representative will work closely with Medicare Sales Managers and representatives to increase awareness, knowledge of Healthfirsts products and services, and to also increase Healthfirsts market-share in the territory. This individual will identify enrollment event opportunities for seniors--individually or in groups--to promote alternative plan options. Through community marketing, s/he will have a direct impact on membership growth and retention.
