Overview
Broker Sr. – hybrid position with flexibility to work virtually or from the Santiago office. Aon shapes decisions to protect and enrich lives globally.
What the day will look like- Ensure proper placement of complex risks in the reinsurance market, advise clients, generate new business channels, provide support and international market quotations to Aon Retail, cedent companies and third‑party brokers, and develop new products and placement tools.
- Place complex facultative risks in Power, Energy, Construction, Infrastructure, Mobile Equipment and standalone SRCC, defining market strategy, structure and required capacity.
- Provide technical advisory to clients, cedents, internal Aon teams and external brokers regarding coverage options, pricing, limits and wordings.
- Develop, originate and manage new facultative opportunities, identifying trends, client needs and new product possibilities.
