About the role: Provide high-quality administrative and customer support to the broker team; managing application and documentation follow-up, CRM tasks and pipeline progress to ensure exceptional client service and efficient process execution.

Monitor the CRM system (e.g., tasks, workflows, steps outstanding) to identify broker follow-up items, documentation missing, or application progress stalled.
