Responsibilities- Assist brokers in the endtoend placement of Facultative placements ensuring smooth operations between the Placement team and CSS team.
- Respond to client queries and concerns promptly maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
- Regularly update management on issues and progress to ensure quality client service.
