The Brokerage Admin serves as the first point of contact for brokerage‑related customer enquiries and manages customer relationships for brokerage products. This role requires strong customer service skills and brokerage knowledge to ensure timely and accurate resolution of enquiries. The Brokerage Admin will coordinate closely with internal teams responsible for actioning requests, maintain clear internal communication, and actively follow up to ensure both internal and external enquiries are resolved and closed out effectively.
