Brokerage Officer – Adult Social Care Contract Management
The Brokerage Officer is part of the Adult Social Care Contract Management & Market Shaping service. In this role you will match people with care and support needs to safe, appropriate, and value‑for‑money care, working closely with social work teams, providers and commissioning colleagues to support timely placements, manage system pressures and uphold statutory duties across Cambridgeshire.
Responsibilities
- Conduct person‑centred brokerage activity, sourcing and coordinating care and support that meets individual needs while managing risk, cost and quality.
- Follow defined procedures to ensure placements are made safely and efficiently, maintain accurate records and identify and escalated issues when necessary.
